i haven't yet! though i want to. i'm trying to decide what/who to draw for rift first, and if i want to do something fancy for composition and whatnot. i've had some animatic ideas but i don't have the hardware to work on them at the moment so maybe soon?

planned out a good bit of motive and worldbuilding stuff & wrote a bunch of ch2! i think i'm gonna focus on plot for a bit though - put some pieces together so i can figure out how ppl get from point a to b

currently have 6 characters who have pivotal roles/active arcs! i want to give everyone a unique part of the plot but i haven't done enough dev for that! working on it tho

a challenge i hadn't anticipated is working with plots as characters come in - though i'm not too far along that it's a huge problem. just takes some thinking

That is a huge mood.
Honestly what I've worked with is just making certain moments more flexible. Like, keeping the planning general. I'm far from an expert in planning though haha. Sometimes I just write short excerpts to see if certain characters can fit in in a certain way.

probably a good idea. i tend to over-plan things, so it's taking effort not to break down every scene i have rn into like, blocking for a play or something

I would say "same", but on my end I try to write out important scenes instead of just planning xD. Sometimes it's good just to write on and see how characters act. That might help with their overall roles instead of planning where they are meticulously, which makes it feel un-life-like (where people will sometimes appear with no particular reason) if that makes sense.
