Well uh, I've noticed that there is a "Writing Discussions" section already, so why not?
I'm probably the only person who would end up using a category for art talks, and character design, and that stuff. But I thought it would be an interesting idea. 

I mean, personally speaking, I'd love to have a place to talk and talk and talktalktalk about my art and designs that isn't my homethread XD and I don't want to fill up my art thread with stuff that isn't actual art pieces.
