Welcome to my array of art! (If it can be considered art at all :-P)

Anyways, as the title states, I am an amateur artist who is practicing to become a full-blown artist at some point in the future. Here's where I will post my drawings and sketches, both in digital and traditional. Please keep in mind that it won't all be quality art.
Ah, and I do really value constructive criticism! So, if you see something wrong with my art (proportion-wise or any other error/suggestion) do not hesitate to point it out :3. I want to get better by any means possible.
Most of this will probably be drawings of my own OCs, perhaps of others' OCs as well. I rarely draw fanart so don't expect to find much of that here, if at all.

Updates will come at radom intervals.
Character design that doesn't belong to other people is most likely my property.

Let's start off with my latest piece. It is a W.I.P., but it looks decent so far. I've a few things to fix here and there but overall? Yeah.
So, behold the lineart. I'll get to coloring it soon.

It's actually an entry for a public art gallery. I was requested to draw Queen Esther so I kinda,,, edited my first draft and tried to transform it into her. But it looks more like a random person. Anyways, I'm kinda proud of it!

Alright, I'm posting this full-size because I'm lazy. I used a base for this so xD laziness x2.
Her name's Yvonne, and she's a lazy (like I!) mage who loves to sleep, and loves her pillows.

I saw some bases earlier and tried to memorize them so I could copy them on paper later. Basically, I was trying out some poses different from what I generally do. Here, see:

"Angery child" XD. Idk his head seems somewhat big to me from that angle. It was interesting to draw tbh. But the arms were tough.
I kept forgetting that this version of Dion does have ears lol so I almost left that out xD Left arm was as hard to draw as always, maybe a little more. Anyways yeah I like his hair thank you very much.

Kitty goddess.
The general proportions seem kinda off to me, especially so on the legs and lower body. I had fun drawing the arms. Also, I tried to draw the hair accurately for once. It's deceptively hard to draw a head shape when there are cat ears at the top. Idk what happened with the tail tho. It seems weird imo.
I did go lazy with the coloring there. And I feel that the blouse doesn't have enough clothing folds but oh well I can life with that.
The face is a bit weir since the eyes are... slightly different from the usual shape I do. Either way, I do love Bixbite.

It's supposed to be Queen Esther, but I think it could be any random lady dressed up for a party or something. I'm very proud of the background (it's the first one of this sort I've done, so yay!) and the clothing as well. The arms on the lady look weird but it's minor when compared to the full glory of the whole piece.
Also I haven't signed it yet but that's bc I'll use my actual name to sign it and uhhh well yeah lol I'm not posting that with the drawing online lol.

Hi. I did some more art I think is worthy of posting.

Her name's Aurae and she's very pretty, I think. Even though she may not look as pretty in my drawing as she really is.
Anyways, I didn't want to color this so I just went for a basic shading with my linearting pens. I'm rather proud of how the hair turned out! There's a braid that goes along the side of her head and I like how it looks. Her hair's black, btw.
I'm not quite sure of what's wrong with the face but it's supposed to look more mature than... this. I think the nose is kinda weird too? Hmm. Or perhaps it's just the face shape itself that is the problem.

These last few days I've been trying to draw adults and failing at it. But here's an attempt which I'd like feedback on, since it's the one which turned out best.

Just a little bit on info on the character: Her name's Apollonia, she's supposed to be in her late 30s, she's married, she has a child, and she's very cold (emotionally speaking).
I do not possess the skill of drawing arms, so sorry about that hehe. I like her hair. But the rest of the drawing, well, it doesn't really reflect her age imo. She looks very young to me.
I think the coloring is ok? Still having some trouble with the clothing folds though. I tried using orange to shade her skin, so there's a bit of a try at color blending there. Mostly to try to get the correct skin tone (because I have only two skin color pencils).
Anyhow, I'd like to hear your opinion on this. And how old she looks. I want to be able to draw adults too, y'know. What to fix to make her look more mature?

I think she certainly looks older than your other characters, that's for sure, but unfortunately not in her late 30s, like what you were aiming for.

I said before that maybe you should change the body to show age, not make the eyes smaller or something bc that's apart of your style, but idk, I'm kinda stuck here. Would making her eyes smaller than normal in your art make her look older? idk.

Yeah, though I guess that the fact that she looks adult is progress :').
Hmm, how do I change body to show age? I can't think of how to :0. I've heard that smaller eyes=older age so perhaps I'll try that.
