    Addition of Forum to "Writing" Category

    I'd like to suggest the addition of the "Signups" forum to the "Writing" category. A forumfic signup isn't the same as a roleplay signup, so I thought the addition might be better so that the two are separated, e.g. Nevermoor by Rebel is a story but is under Roleplay Signups.
