I can't figure out who the artist is, so I'm just going to say it's not my work and it's very pretty XD

Ah! I edited photos together once to make a picture similar to that in photography class. very cool!

I hate how last week I literally had a ton of motivation to write stuff, and this week I'm doing literally nothing -_-

Maybe motivations come in waves?

Wow, I'm realizing I don't ever use this thread XD. Might as well put this to use and dump some rough (very rough) plotting outlines here. 

• Man in the castle burns it down 
   > How??
   > Wizard dude who trained the queen or something?
   > Also why the heck is this guy in jail
      -> Ok so nevermind, the queen thought the guy who too dangerous after dealing with him 
         + Be sure to figure out the backstory behind their relationship then, and how she knows he's too powerful or something
• Also figure out a plot because half the time you don't know what you're doing, Rune

Chapter One--

• Starts off with Sparrow freaking the heck out because hey look the castle is burning down 
   > Her dad is also a guard in the palace and he's dead so yeah there's that too
• Sorta goes into shock...?
• The marketplace burns down and it's implied that anyone who stays for much longer will die
• A guard snaps Sparrow out of her shock and tells her to go and he has to stay because he's trying to put out the fire
   > Sparrow refuses to go without him because she doesn't know the way to the river and she realizes if he stays any longer he's probably gonna die
• Chapter ends with them yeeting out of the city (?)

This is such a mess to be completely honest
