"I don't want to talk about me."
Offline
"Looks like you might have to sooner or later."
Offline
"No. I won't have to if it's not brought up."
Offline
"No. I'm sure it will at some point."
Offline
"Not if I find a way around it."
Echo sure is stubborn.
Offline
"No. I am very sure about it." Time nodded, "You can't really control other people or anything of the sort."
Offline
"I could always find a way to change the subject," Echo countered.
Offline
"Not always." He simply replied.
Offline
"Then... Then..." Echo struggled to find an answer.
"Then I shall stay in here."
Offline
"Really." Time huffed, "Your going to stay in a room so nobody can talk to you? It sounds like something a little child would do. Do you not care to see the wonders of the world? Or complete your goals?"
Offline
Echo said, "If I stay alone, then people don't have to find out things about me, nor do they have to get hurt. I have very few goals, and I've already seen whatever wonders there could be in the world, so it would be okay if I'm alone."
She's shelling up again, now starting to make her way out of the kitchen through an open door to the side. From Time's viewpoint, he can probably see some stairs. Echo is starting to tear up again.
"Yeah, it would be okay. And no one would be hurt. Even now I hurt others just by talking, or I become an annoyance. Am I not an annoyance to you? You'd be a liar if you said I wasn't."
Offline
"Well, it is particularly annoying to convince you. So stubborn." Time admitted with a sigh and a shake of his head.

"Another bad quality of mine."
Echo is now very close to the stairs, now exiting the room.
"So I will go be alone. Surely that will be okay."
She's now starting to repeat herself, but added an extra comment at the end.
"No one will be or get hurt, it's all for the sake of everyone else. Maybe if I not around, everyone will get along better. Yeah, and that would be okay."
Her tone sounded strange, not in a way that she usually talked. Really at had changed throughout her monologues, but now it had become more clear. It sounded more like someone else, as if Echo was being influenced by a different entity. Yes, she was still Echo but now someone else was making her apperance at the worst of times, taking advantage of Echo's emotional low.

"Mhm. Fun. You think you could stay there for a quick moment?"
Offline
"...Huh?"
Offline
"Yeah. I got something I need to show you. So can you stay there for a few moments?"
Offline
Echo wanted to run, to get away, but curiosity overrode this.
"...Hm...o...okay?"
Offline
"Yeah. I have it in the other room." Time quickly walked off, keeping an eye on her while thinking that it was pretty unimaginable that such a simple request was able to put a stop in her tracks.
As soon as he popped into the living room, he looked around for Silence urgently.
Offline
Silence was sitting in the rocking chair, petting Missy. For plot convince, the Narrator didn't allow her to know what's going on because we (I) like to not give her information.
Silence looked up, sensing something off.
"?"
How she verbalized "?" is unknown.
Offline
Time mouthed to her, "She's acting weird. Influenced by someone." He motioned her to come over.
Offline
Silence was up immediately. Missy jumped over to her cat bed, curling up with a growling meow. Silence quickly followed Time.
In the moment Time was away from/looked away from Echo, Echo had disappeared from the kitchen.
Ope.
Offline
Time poked his head into the kitchen before fully entering. "Looks like she left somewhere, not too surprising, actually." Time said, "Does this always happen?" He asked Silence.
Lyre got up from lying down and trotted after the others.
Offline
Silence shook her head, "Not as far as I (beep)ing know. I have an idea of what's happening, though."
Silence made her way towards and up the stairs.
Offline
"Well then, must be at least often enough to know what might be going on." Time sighed, "Such a hassle."
Offline
"Not even that. More like stuff similar has happened before. It's been so long, though...and don't indicate she's a (beep)ing hassle, you (censor)!"
Silence was now atop the stairs and heading towards a room down on the far end of a large hall. Once she reached it, she tried and failed to open it.
Silence pounded her fist against the door. "Echo! Unlock your door!"
No reply.
