"Can I hold him again? Pleeeeeease?" Adrik begged, blinking puppy dog eyes at Time. He looked like a little kid, and he even added in a bit of a head tilt. 

Echo softly said, "Adrik, don't bother Time too much, he's our guest." 

"But babey." 

"Good point, but it's not our babey. It's Time's babey." 

Adrik looked back up at Time and stage whispered, "Pleeeeease?", as if Echo couldn't hear him. 

Adrik thought for a moment before nodding. 

"Yes!" Adrik nodded harder. 

Adrik carefully took Lyre and beamed up at Time. 

"Thank you!" 
 

"Okaaaay~" 

Adrik cuddled Lyre close to him, talking in what sounds like Russian to the puppy dragon thing. 

Echo kept close watch on Adrik, making sure he didn't teleport away. 

"Awwww! How adorable!" Adrik laughed, allowing it. He's careful to not let Lyre lick his mouth, though, because ew and he's wearing lipstick. 

"Very!" Adrik agreed. 

"I wish to pet him forever and ever but I don't have the time to do that, sadly," Adrik said, scratching behind Lyre's ears. "But he's very cute! Like a little stuffed animal! Very soft!" 

 

"I know! It would be weird if he was a stuffed animal! 'Cause stuffed animals can't move or breath or lick or anything like that!" Adrik nodded. 

"Well, I'm weird, so it makes sense to me!" 

North walked in and interrupted, "Adrik, we gotta go now, please." 

Adrik nodded and carefully gave Lyre back to Time. 

The boy grinned up at Time, "Thank you, Mr. Interesting Man! Lyre is very splendid!" With that, Adrik skipped out of the room, following behind North happily. 
 

Echo didn't say anything. She had moved to the table and started decorating cupcakes with small, cute flowers made of yellow icing. 

A cat entered into the kitchen, sitting down at the frame of the door. She stared at Time and Lyre. The cat was big and chonky-looking, probably the most of the chonk being her fluffy black fur. She didn't move to enter further into the kitchen. 

"Hm? Oh! Yea," Echo answered. 

The cat meowed, watching Lyre's struggle with... amusement? She didn't move any, though. 

"Silence's."

Considering Silence's attitude towards Time, it makes sense. 

Echo called the cat over with a baby-voice, "Hi Missy! Kitty, kitty, kitty~" 

Missy meowed again but didn't move to get up.
