Galaxian's never been one to show exuberance at progress or disappointment at lack thereof, so it's completely impossible to tell what he's finding. One could guess that he's not finding anything from how his aura is still extending outwards, but he's also very careful as an entity in general and wouldn't stop just from finding something.
In the complete silence (haha) left by Silence no longer screaming, maybe she can also notice some more subtle changes. For one, there probably shouldn't have been that sound--one that sounds like something splattering onto the ground as if water, falling from the heavens to land onto the earth.
Offline
Silence wondered what the sound was coming from. She didn't move, though, but instead still focused on Galaxian to figure out what he was doing. From the sight of Galaxian's aura "reaching outwards", she would guess that Galaxian was searching for something, but what exactly? Silence also guessed that asking wouldn't get her anywhere, so she stayed... silent.

Echo, North, there's danger, Galaxian started telepathically, or so he tried. Instead, the telepathy was as if he had spoken aloud, but the words were muffled the moment they reached reality, turning instead to muted whispers that both of them could hear.
And now Silence and he can't even see Echo and North. Instead, it's just that long corridor of ignorance and unintentional abandonment.
Galaxian's about to say something, or so it seems, since it's uncertain if Silence can even hear him speak at this point. The atmosphere of the place around them has somehow managed to become darker and drearier than it had ever been before, even if "before" was really a curious battle against a bloodthirsty, corrupted ruler. The relative silence around them speaks volumes of despair and coming tragedy, but Galaxian pays all of that no heed. His eyebrows crinkle together in thought as he stops blinking entirely.

Echo and North both paused their chattering and hesitated once they made out the word "danger". Such a word would cause reaction, of course, as they did just finish an uncertain battle. The twins both glanced at each other briefly and turned their heads to check on Silence and Galaxian, not sure if either of the two had said anything or if they both were imagining the whisper.
Silence wasn't as still or focused as Galaxian, finding the air of despair to be uncomfortable and the gloom to be distasteful. She crossed her arms, folding them protectively around herself, taking her eyes off Galaxian to look around again, her eyes starting to dart back and forth in a rapid, anxious manner.
Her legs were shaking. The stereotypical phrase of "legs felt like jelly" was an understatement. Her legs felt like they were replaced by creaky, old, chipped, wooden structures that shook more than like a leaf in a storm and felt close to breaking into shatters. It felt like stepping on an unbalanced bridge, the weight distribution being uneven and odd and nauseating.
Her breath was starting to shake and sputter. Each small gasp of air almost got stuck in her throat, her chest rose and fell with a terrible trembling as if she couldn't breathe. Silence covered her mouth, feeling like she was dying but not wanting to disturb or distract Galaxian.
Silence was an oxymoron for the lady who owned the name, mentally and personality wise. There was an irony to such a name for her.
She had a form of sedatephobia, and the sounds of drops of water wasn't enough to keep her calm. Water wasn't humanly or alive, it wasn't enough, and everything was too quiet. Her heartbeat in her ears, each and every beat, only made a feeling of loneliness grow and a panic to sweep over. There wasn't familiar sounds of a city, there wasn't cars, there wasn't voices, there wasn't life. There was water drops and quiet, water drops and quiet, water drops and quiet, water drops and quiet, water drops and...
Maybe it was Galaxian's unresponsiveness before that allowed this feeling of sheer anxiety to jump, this feeling of being alone to seep in. There wasn't enough noise, familiarity, or people for Silence to stay collected. It was funny, really, because of the irony and contrast of how she acted and treated the people around her and how she always acted like she was bothered and annoyed by others presences.
Silence's body buzzed from the adrenaline, her muscles tense. She tried to stay quiet and not move, though. She wanted to try to move closer to Galaxian, but made no effort to do so. Part of the reason why she didn't was her large pride and stubbornness to keep her reputation up, the other part was due to not knowing if she could move without collapsing to her knees. Silence understood her body had limits, and it reached those limits fast. Finishing a battle, the effot of moving "in sludge" (or the feeling of that), and a very terrible panic attack were not a good combination. All three gave some sort of adrenaline rushes from panic, and that much exertion on her heart and body was tiring and made everything she did uncertain now.
So, Silence was standing there while looking around, having a very bad panic attack, going over what she could possibly do to either help or figure out what was going on.

(Lol thanks for the detailed angst aftereffects)
In Echo's and North's view, Galaxian is kinda just walking with his head down. Silence is being Silence, lol.
Obviously, that's not really the reality, but whatever.
It's unknown if Galaxian can sense Silence's anxiety. Regardless of whether or not he does, it's certain that he finds the best course of action isn't trying to reach her or trying to communicate, but getting out of the situation. Knowing that this scenario could not be caused by someone in this dimension, then for him, it's pretty obvious where the culprit is from. The question is: Where are they?
Galaxian's aura starts turning warmer. The narrator doesn't know if Silence still has that sort of similar ability, but perhaps there's some sort of comfort in there being familiarity. Or maybe she doesn't like warmth. Dunno.
Then, the aura suddenly expands. With it comes a sudden temperature rise, and then it expands and expands more, almost as if trying to test some unknown limit.
The important thing about its expansion--North and Echo can feel it too.

(uwu you're welcome)
The sudden rise in temperature definitely helped Silence to calm down. Maybe the calming was from both the familiarity and the concept of warmth coming from life. Sure, it wasn't sound, but it was something and it was something familiar.
It was warm enough to activate her healing ability, thankfully restoring some energy. It was enough energy that Silence tried to get closer to Galaxian for more warmth, as the tall lady got extremely cold easily and preferred hot temperatures.
Her breathing was still off and her balance was still unstable, but the heat helped bring down the intensity of the panic attack. She relaxed slightly.
At first, they were going to continue, but the temperature rise made the twins realize that something was wrong and off. Oh, so wrong and off.
Echo's eyes narrowed to a squint on Fake Galaxian, trying to see his face as she wondered why his head was down. Echo thought he was upset at first, trying to confirm it. She could tell the temperature rise wasn't coming from him, but from much farther away. Then, it somewhat clicked, but not completely. Galaxian's aura, that certainly clicked. But why it was coming from farther away didn't click. Then she remembered that Galaxian usually always had his aura, because, ya know, it's his diddly aura and those things are pretty consistent, usually. Or maybe not? Did the Galaxian in front of her have an aura? Echo tried searching for that.
The youngest twin tilted her head, still staring at Fake Galaxian, and asked, "Did, uh, you say something, Galaxian? Something about danger?"
North was looking past the Fakes, trying to figure out the temperature rise better. He couldn't feel it very well due to the damaged nerve endings in his skin, but he certainly could tell the temperature change. He couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from, and nothing was really clicking for him. He thought it would be strange for such a sudden change in temperature, as there wasn't any air heaters nearby.

It's hard to tell whether or not the heat is coming from "Galaxian" or somewhere else. The heat has enveloped all of the surroundings at this point, beyond the castle and farther. If not for the heat, in fact, it would've been hard to pinpoint the source at all, for the aura is seemingly so omnipresent as if the sky and space itself.
"Danger?" 'Galaxian' asks, looking up and aside to Echo. "I didn't say such a thing."
Offline
Echo looked over at Silence.
"Oh, did you say it? I could have sworn someone said somethin' 'bout danger."
Offline
"No," 'Silence' responds stiffly with what sounds like a tone of light but sturdy frost.
Offline
Echo hesitated before asking, "Are you sure? Is something wrong? I'm sure...I heard, uhm, someone say something... about... uh..." She faltered, reconsidering if anyone had said anything at all.
North added in, trying to help, "I heard it too, so someone had to have said something, I think. We might have misheard you, probably, though. Anyway, what were you guys talking about? Sorry if we were ignoring you both, haha! I guess us two always tend to focus on one thing at a time!"
North couldn't remember if the two had been talking at all. Maybe he and Echo were so caught up in chatting that he had accidentally blocked the other two out. Oh, how rude of him! North grimaced on the inside from how rude that must have been for him to do. Where was his manners? Geez, very rude of him...
Echo wasn't sure why she felt so nervous all of the sudden. Nothing really seemed... well, maybe there was something off? Of course, the temperature rise was weird. Maybe... maybe she should quit thinking so much. Yeah, it was over, there was no more battle to fight, and it was over. Echo repeated this to herself mentally. It was over, there was nothing wrong, everyone is just on edge from the previous battle, including her. Yeah... that had to be it.

"I don't think anything is wrong." 'Galaxian' takes a slow glance around the surroundings, seemingly fairly unconcerned despite his earlier vigilance.
'Silence', frowning, also looks around, trying not to display any semblance of concern.
'Galaxian's' gaze flickers back to the twins. "Also, we weren't talking. Perhaps you heard someone somewhere else within the palace."
Real Galaxian closes his eyes as if to fall asleep standing up. Well, isn't that quaint.
If his aura's still extending, it's hard to tell due to the sheer circumference it has already obtained.
Offline
North scratched the back of his head, confused, but he nodded. Yeah, it must have been... someone else in the palace...
To Echo, that seemed highly possible. It did sound quiet to her anyway, so it must had came from a great distance.
"That's likely. Then we should continue going now, I guess," North shrugged. "I'll try to keep ya both in the conversation this time, though! You guys like jokes? I've got plenty if ya wanna hear 'em!"
North continued walking.
Silence, despite her shakiness, somewhat reached out to stop Galaxian from falling on reflex, thinking he was about to pass out.
Offline
"Should we return to verify?" 'Galaxian' asks seriously, not answering the question.
'Silence' just slightly frowns. She doesn't seem a fan of the idea of staying in the palace longer. Or maybe that's her way of pretending she doesn't like North's jokes or something and doesn't want to hear them. Dunno.
Galaxian's standing as straight as an arrow, showing no signs of falling. Actually, his hand closes around her arm.
Immediately, there's a sort of jolt that can be felt, and the sensation echoes. It's...not really that pleasant of a feeling. It's as if she suddenly were made of water and someone dropped a pebble on her, causing ripples throughout. Uhhh, hopefully that comparison isn't too weird.
Offline
North thought for a moment, stopping his pace. What if someone was in danger? Perhaps it would be best to at least check and go back, even if it was a false alarm.
Nodding, North smiled while turning around, "Alrighty then! Let's go back and make sure no one is hurt. That's a wonderful idea, Galaxian!"
He started going the direction of where they had just came from (rip autocorrect, it thought the Narrator said "cake from" lol). Echo felt a bit of relief in checking.
The strange sensation of the jolt made Silence somewhat wobble, her sense of balance ripping apart, being at the mercy of what would happen after. The ripple effect made her feel nauseous, but she was able to actually keep herself standing without much movement, perhaps not wanting to bother Galaxian.
Offline
'Galaxian' doesn't go just yet. "I don't think any noise came from the throne room."
They don't know and can't hear. Finally, Galaxian's speaking, and it's not actually as relieving as it was supposed to be--rather, every word makes the sensation just repeat. It's not exactly comfortable, but it seems he doesn't have any other option--or he thinks this option is the best. Regardless, his hand tightens slightly around her arm. Can't teleport. We have to continue walking forward.
Offline
"Oh! Which way do you think it came from?" Northed asked, stopping again. Poor boy, having to start and stop so many times. Echo didn't say anything but tilted her head in curiosity, wondering the same question.
Silence nodded, taking a breath, trying to stomach the feeling of the sensation. She took a moment to regain her balance.
"Can you walk?" Silenced asked.
Offline
"There isn't a way to determine that precisely," 'Galaxian' points out.
Galaxian stares hard at her mouth to lip-read. Fortunately, he's a good lip-reader. Depends.
Offline
"Ah... which way do you think we should go, then?" North asked.
"Okay, we'll go slow, then," Silence said. She frowned a bit at the fact they couldn't go fast, but it was much better then nothing. "Are you ready?"
Offline
A shrug. Wow, very helpful. Very informative.
Slow?
Offline
Echo spoke up, "I think we should go back towards the direction we came from and circle around, or something like that, and make sure no one is hurt or if there is something wrong. Because I'm sure... I think the talking came from that way."
"I can't have you falling or whatever," Silence said, really trying to sound like she didn't care. "If your walking 'depends', then I'm assumin' you can't go very fast."
Offline
'Galaxian' shrugs. "Then, lead the way, please."
Wrong. It's just that I can't walk in certain directions.
Offline
North started to "lead the way", but Echo followed close behind, keeping high alert on her surroundings. She nervously scratched at the inside of her elbows, looking around.
"So that's why you said for us to continue forward? Okay. Let's go then."
Offline
Nothing seems off. 'Galaxian' follows, and soon does Silence as well, her stride overtaking his easily. Still, there's an eerie quietness, save for what sounds to be water leaking from somewhere within the castle.
But you...can't move, he points out, in no hurry to move away, apparently.
Offline
Echo wondered if there was always that leaking sound...
Echo ignored her thoughts, shrugging it off as her anxiety. She told herself it was silly to be so nervous when nothing bad was going to happen.
"I can try," Silence huffed. "I got over here somehow, didn't I?"
Offline
Then there's that sigh of his when someone doesn't understand what he says. It's one of the bratty things about him. There might be more, but the narrator ain't one to list those traits.
No, you didn't, he starts to explain like a tiny exasperated schoolteacher talking to a fifth grader who still hasn't memorized their multiplication tables but wants to learn Calculus. You haven't moved at all.
