Everyone is now just kind of awkwardly standing there now, not really sure what to do next. There is still a bit of nervousness in the air. Oof.

"Uhm... yea?" Echo shrugged, rubbing her eyes, not completely sure herself.

"Sure," Silence said.

"Should I lead the way out of the palace?" North asked.

Galaxian hesitates for a moment because that was never necessary, but it felt completely impolite to deny that. Maybe North wanted to talk a bit more with his sisters? "Please do," he says quietly and almost stiffly.

"A'right!" North nodded, pushing open the doors to exit the throne room. Echo silently followed behind him, and Silence waited for Galaxian to go ahead so she could follow behind last. Silence liked to be able to see everyone.

Unfortunately for Silence, Galaxian doesn't take the social cue and instead holds the door for her. What a gentleman, lol.

Aww, tiny gentleman.

Silence stared at Galaxian for a bit, still waiting for him to go before realizing that he was holding the door for her.

"Just go ahead," she crossed her arms, giving a slight nod. It was hard to tell if she was annoyed by or if she appreciated Galaxian holding the door for her. If she appreciated it, then Silence would never admit it lol, but she wasn't showing disapproval so-

"I'll be right behind you all or whatever."

"Or whatever?" Or rather, Galaxian's not as concerned about that as he is that he will definitely hold the door for her. He's not budging. Oof.

"I mean, it's not like I'm going anywhere else" Silence shrugged, not moving either.

"I need to see you and them while we walk."

She stopped herself from adding "just in case" to the end of the sentence. Instead, she raised an eyebrow, as if expecting Galaxian to go on ahead. She's trying to act like she doesn't care about the safety of everyone, so she kind of huffed impatiently a bit.

Oh gods, they're both so stubborn, aren't they?

Echo and North were both waiting awkwardly for the two of them lol.

Little do they know, while Echo was away for that trip of hers, this was a long-standing war, and now, another battle has been waged.
"You can see us after you go through this door first," he suggests(??????).

Silence rolled her eyes and huffed again, mad that Galaxian made a good point. Galaxian won the battle, in which Silence will be quite salty about it for a while. Dang it.

"Fine. Just get in front of me right after, Brat-Child."

How endearing!

Silence (in a very salty manner) exited the throne room. After a few steps out the door, she turned and stared at Galaxian, waiting for him to get in front of her before they make their way out the palace.

Echo and North say nothing about this matter but shared a glance at each other as if to see if the other twin was just as confused about this.

It's really hard to miss Galaxian's slight smirk. Whether that's his way of concluding a realization of his own victory or instinct or whatever, it's bound to not have the opposite effect of annoying.
But he's a...he's a...uh...boy of his word. He follows through what he said, and once Silence goes through, he lets the door close quietly behind him and takes step before Silence, his smirk falling a bit.

Silence didn't care much about the smirking, allowing him to have his victory or whatever. She did notice it fall a bit, though, but didn't think too much about it because North had started walking while chattering loudly to Echo (who wasn't quite as loud) about cooking. Why he and Echo started talking about cooking was unknown and very random. They probably couldn't think of any other topic, would be a good guess.

Silence stayed close behind Galaxian, not saying anything but keeping her guard up while looking around, examining the halls. She felt tense still from the fight from earlier, so she was being pretty cautious and observant, keeping mental notes of every detail around the group. Silence was being very protective at that moment, but she was trying very hard to not seem like it because she wanted to keep her "Can't Care or Feel Emotions" reputation up. Silence was failing at that a bit though because each time North started speaking a bit too loud, she would flinch a bit and almost tell him to be quieter.

Galaxian has barely taken ten steps and Echo and North have probably barely started the new conversation topic before he pauses. Though none of the others can see it, his eyes narrow slightly as a flash of gold zig-zags across his blank black eyes. He pauses in place and looks back in Silence's direction with a soft "hmm", and then he asks, "What?"

Silence looked a bit confused by Galaxian's sudden pause, stopping to not run into him. Echo and North continued walking, not noticing this.

"I didn't say anything," Silence said, raising an eyebrow.

"Let's keep going before those two dimwits leave us."

From Silence's viewpoint, it's like everything to the back of Galaxian (which he can't see, as he's looking in her direction) is fading from view, including Echo and North. It is almost as if the twins have suddenly increases their walking speed tens of times, approaching a husky, dark horizon. And somehow it's like everything around them has suddenly warped to surround Galaxian, including that horizon, which is as if sourcing from the boy.
He narrows his eyes, looking beyond her, seemingly unaware of the occurrence behind himself.
For Echo and North, nothing is out of the ordinary, really.

Silence looked around a bit before turning to try to see what Galaxian was looking at past her.

"What the hell is happening?!"

What was behind her was completely normal. Or was it? It was still the doors of the throne room, barred tightly shut. Had Galaxian closed them that way before? Speaking of whom, he isn't startled, instead just calmly regarding the same area without any outburst. Or any movement, actually. It's like he froze in place, and Silence looks between two worlds, with her younger siblings just going farther and farther away from her.

Silence quickly turned back to Galaxian, confusion and slight anxiety surfacing on her expression.

"Are you doing this?!"

She tried getting closer to tap his shoulder, not quite liking this situation.

Galaxian sends some invisible question marks in her direction. It doesn't seem like he sees anything wrong, but he probably senses it, hence why he's staying still.
He doesn't quite like being touched, though, so he moves his shoulder away before she can touch it. Priorities, yes.

Well, he at least moved a bit, which showed Silence that he wasn't spaced out or anything like that. She retracted her hand.

Silence shook her head and started to walk foward to catch up to her siblings, which were probably hard for her to see at this point.

"Let's go, we're going to get left behind."

Walking kind of feels like she's walking in sludge. Galaxian also still doesn't move. Usually he would probably do that out of confidence of being able to go out no matter what, but hmmmmm, that doesn't seem to be the case this time.

Silence mumbled to herself, "What the hell??? What the hell?!"

She tried moving faster, wondering why Galaxian wasn't doing anything about this. She was starting to wonder if she was just hallucinating at this point, which raised concern.

By now, Echo and North would probably notice Silence and Galaxian not with them, so the Narrator is now asking what the twins would be seeing.

Galaxian's actually doing stuff. Surprising, I know. He's just not moving. His action is obvious to the observant eye, however, because his blue aura, his constant companion, is moving, slowly, in all directions, as if the groping hands of a toddler.
Echo and North, surprisingly, just see Galaxian and Silence moving along. They're a bit far away, but still, pretty normal, actually.
That wouldn't have been there if Echo or North didn't turn around, though. If they don't turn around, Galaxian's and Silence's presences are still there, following them.

As for Silence's efforts, it still feels like she's stuck in sludge.
And by the way, Echo and North can't hear her cursing.
Creepy, huh.

North and Echo keep going then lol. Walky walk. No idea of what is happening.

Silence slowly stopped yelling and sighed, trying to think. She did notice Galaxian's aura moving, so Silence concluded that Galaxian was doing this on purpose. For what reason, Silence didn't figure out yet. Silence grimaced with the final decision of putting some trust into Galaxian (yeah, she wasn't completely willing to do so, but she was running out of ideas) and waiting it out to see what happens. She made herself stand still and watched Galaxian, hoping that maybe she could gather more clues of what was happening because she was getting a bit freaked out.
