Pompeii wins by tripping Strigoi and keeping him pinned down. Seems like there are perks to being short.

Song: Flowering by Dareharu
Joker wins by using his scythe to scoop up Ender and send him flying across the arena. Slashy.

Hyperion vs Concerto
Song: Yoru Ni Kakeru (夜に駆ける) by YOASOBI
Hyperion wins by using his zweihander to throw away Concerto’s sword. She didn’t really know what to do after that, so she attempted to engage in hand-to-hand combat but Hyperion just poked her away aggressively.

Song: KING by Kanaria
Grimmalkin wins by bonking Raven into the ground. Come to think of it, the weapons were quite unfair in this round.

Song: SUGAR!!! by Aika
Borealis wins by sword advantage. I mean, come on, it’s two swords against one. But it was a close call— Concerto won the second battle, but Borealis won in the third round.

Opera Ghost wins because Exspiravit was NOT expecting a thousand tiny needles to come directly at them. Maybe they’re harder to sense.

In a shocking turn of events, Equinox won. No one was expecting Equinox to catch the chakrams on her spear, and definitely no one was expecting Equinox to sling a combination of the two right back.

Equinox wins again, because somehow stealing Blue Fairy’s staff and making a mad break for it was a reputable battle tactic.

Pendulum won because he really wasn’t bothered by the needles sticking out of his skin. Plus, the helmet made it hard to flinch.
