Personality: She’s a difficult person to read. People say that eyes are the windows to the soul and hers are tightly shut, paired with a prim smile that’s perpetually pasted on her face. It can be interpreted as playful, given the number of pranks she pulls, but in reality it seems more placeholder than anything else.

A neutral expression has its perks however, and perhaps that’s what she was aiming for all along. She’s a trickster through and through. Despite how proper she appears, she’s dives headfirst into mischief of all levels. A certain amount of deception is needed for her multitude of “projects” and perhaps that’s the origin of her poker face. She tends to come off as offputting — as an eternally smiling girl is wont to do — and when you open the Pandora’s Box of her friendship you’ll find that she’s even more annoying than you could ever imagine. It’s like you’ve made a pact with the devil.

Physical Description: One might expect differently of a fairy, but Chan’s appearance is rather monochromatic. The skin that’s visible — only her face, basically — is deathly pale, and the blush she adds around her eyes makes her look even more like a porcelain doll. Her manner of dress certainly plays the part as well; she favors clothes of the more old-fashioned Gothic Lolita trend, with its puffy dresses and varying shades of black. Her sleeves are always too long and she never tries to roll them up. Her hair is another thing that’s exceedingly long—it most resembles a hime cut with her straight bangs and hair, though she does nothing else to style it, resulting in waterfalls of inky black that drag on the floor. There are two strand-covered “buns” of matching color on either side of her head. Although they appear to be hair decorations at first, there are four yellow-irised eyes within each. Both are detachable from her head.

What’s visible of her legs appears to be the hind limbs of a goat. The black fur blends in with the shadows of her skirt which, coupled with her whole 3’5 of height, makes that particular feature a bit more difficult to notice. Those golden hooves could just be cute little fairy shoes as well.

As for her species’s signature feature: her four wings have an ashy tint to them, as if even they knew about their host’s eventual aesthetic™️. The veins are a shimmery gold, branching out in a leaf-like manner among the prongs of her wings. Her eyelashes almost seem to take after them with their feathery ends.

Powers: As a fairy, she has a propensity towards plant related magic. Specifically, she tends to specialize in the growth of fungi. Small mushrooms sprout up underfoot and she’s little enough that she can grow her own toadstools if needed. She also loves the longevity of mushrooms, as you cannot kill them in a way that matters. One of her favorite pranks is to cause an infestation of stinkhorns in the school yard.

Likes: Sweets and sweet drinks that aren’t too sweet, sweet-smelling flowers, jasmine tea, the sound of piano music, the sounds and phases of the forest throughout the day, treehouses, fungi friends, things in bottles, lanterns, chaos, sweet retribution

Dislikes: Emotional vulnerability, harsh or sudden noises (unless she caused them), grime and general uncleanliness, people who go out of their way to be awful, showing off more of herself, iron

Strengths: She’s good at concealing her emotions, given that her usual method of seeing is far removed from a humanoid’s usual emote-center. Not much of her brain’s workings make it onto her face. She’s also very perceptive, especially with an extra pair of peepers in the back. Along with those, she prefers to listen and observe rather than talk, unless to instill a sense of foreboding.

She’s also surprisingly strong given her size. Even though most objects are bigger than normal for her, she can still hold them fairly easily.

Weaknesses: She’s very closed off. Her persona of mystery and deception has slowly veered from intentional to reflexive. Very rarely does she feel like she can let her guard down, as the second she starts caring for another person an opening for hurt is available. She feels it’s much better — more detached — to play the creepy mischief maker than it is to reach out and form genuine bonds.

She’s also tiny. It’s easy for her to get lost in a crowd with no room to stretch her wings, and getting kicked accidentally is not a rare occurrence. She tries to use her other eyes to scout out for potential collisions but when she’s lost in thought, anything could happen.

There may also be a deeper reason for why she covers up so much skin. Is it true that iron burns fairies?

Fighter Name: Grimmalkin

Weapon: Grimmalkin uses a wooden hammer that’s almost as tall as she is. The moneymaker, the big hitty part, can nearly fit her inside it. The grooves have been accentuated to display a curved pattern that trickles down the handle, with chunks of glowing orange embedded in. While it isn’t entirely straight, the handle is still sturdy enough for Grimm to swing her weapon all about. Both ends of the handle have the same glowy orange substance carved into the shape of a pumpkin. Additional orange beads hang from the end, ready to fly up whenever the hammer is swung.

The insides are also filled up to the brim with candy. She usually loads them in to get her weapon heavy enough, but it’s grown to be a bit more of a ‘treat’ for the crowd. If she hits her opponent hard enough, some candy gets to escape through some strategic holes in the wood. That’s probably the ‘trick’ part. Regardless of the result of the matches, she always empties out her hammer into the crowd once her rounds are over.

Fighting Style: Grimm favors hard, low hits, given both her choice of weapon and her height. She sacrifices the speed she could have had with heavier hits and a reliable defense. The wood is thick enough to block most blades — though she’d have to complain about the repair costs afterward — and if she’s lucky, her opponent won’t be able to pull out their weapon and she can just smack them with their own hilt.

While she can’t be fast, being shorter makes it easier to get close, sliding under the typical opponent’s reach to hit them hard in the shins. Because it takes a while to ready her weapon for a hit, she tries to dash towards blind or inconvenient spots that buy her more time. Her weapon hits hardest when she takes the time to wind it up, spinning in circles to gain momentum. She also lets the beads at the end fly up along as another way to hit her opponent if the big part of the hammer misses. With airborne opponents, she likes to see if she can hit a home run when they start falling back down to earth.  Overall, lots of blunt force.

Personality while Fighting: Grimm is very happy-go-lucky during fights, humoring the crowd over real competition with whoever her opponent is. It doesn’t seem like she cares who wins or loses as long as the audience gets a reaction— this does mean she wants to hit her opponent at least once though, for the candy shot.

With particularly cocky opponents however, she takes pleasure in taking them down a peg, using her comparatively goofy vibe to humiliate them.

Performance Costume: Grimm is a Halloween themed fighter. She dons a big, floppy witch’s hat, the tip of which has matching beads hanging from it like the end of her hammer. Her dress — a similar shade of dark purple — is made from a thin and breathable material, and an orange sash binds the article around her waist. The thigh slit as well as the sleeveless nature of the dress both allow for freer mobility. Puffing up both her skirt and the insides of the purple drapes she wears on her arms are ruffles shaped almost like gingko leaves, albeit in orange instead of yellow. Her long hair has been braided in order for its length to be more manageable, though she still lets it hang so that it — along with her dress — adds to the theatrics of her spinning with her hammer. Her goat legs are also kinda still there, adding to the all hallow’s vibe without much modification.

Grimm has bandages wrapped around her palms as well, presumably to help with handling her weapon. The skin peeking out from just besides the wrappings appears much more reddish than Grimm’s near-white skin.

Mask Design: Grimm wears a white full face mask. No design is drawn for the mouth, probably for an extra spooky factor, though there is one visible eye hole that allows the fighter’s eye to almost flicker like a jack-o-lantern. The other side is covered with a loose swath of bandages, with gaps that allow Grimm to keep her sight on that side. A similar glow can be seen peeking from between the straps. The mask also has cat-like ears carved on the top. Her witch’s hat has holes for the ears to slip in, probably as a way to keep her hat from flying off during fights.

Physical Description:  Standard fairy height, with lightly tanned skin, scattered blue freckles and long hair that is in varying shades of blue and reaches her knees.  She has blue eyes that sometimes turn green when she's deep in thought or calm.  Not overly pretty, but around average, her hair and eyes being her most prominent features.  Quite thin, but not very physically strong, though she is flexible and agile.   Usually dresses in blacks and blues, most commonly with jeans and a leather jacket.  Blue wings.

Powers:  Flight, fairy powers, nothing overly special

Fighting Style: Feigning weakness or destraction as she studies her opponents for the first time, then takes them by surprise once she's got them figured out.  Often fangirls over them, both because she's excited and to throw them off.  Once she begins fighting for real though, she is careful and strategic, but does try to put on a show, especially with banter.  If she already knows the opponent,  she gets right into the action, trying to keep the crowd involved and interested.

Personality while Fighting: As mentioned above, will fake weakness to study the enemy, then shows her real colors.  Makes a show of the fight, and enjoys back and forth banter.  Seems almost carefree when in battle, even if she's really scared.  The second her mask is on, she seems like a new, more confident person and she loves it
  Make it fun, make it funny, make it entertaining, even if the opponent isn't helping much.  She enjoys when the opponent joins in on the 'game', but if they don't, she will take matters into her own hands.  Epic roaster.  Morphed her character into playing the 'bad guy' in a match, as they are always the most fun,  and is known for being the bad guy - even though it's an act for show.  When talking to fans or online, will keep up her acts (but she isn't mean).

Performance Costume: A dark blue dress with black accents, blue leggings and boots, and a silver circlet with a sapphire on it.  The dress and leggings are decorated with glitter, sequins and rhinestones in beautiful designs, to accent her fairy look and make her look more innocent and girly, but that's just to help her act.  Keeps her mask on when on TV so her fans don't know her real face and think she's just a Blue Fairy fan.

Mask Design: Her mask is full-face, and made to look like a human face in shape and detail, though the features don't necessarily match hers' and are actually a bit prettier than her real face.  It is painted with make up in shades of blues with glitter, and leaves only her eyes exposed.  She can, however, be heard from behind the mask.

Fighting Style: joints. Joints. Joints. Joints are an easy weakness and able to be knocked down easy. Being tall is a weakness around this, but being fast is helpful. Go for the knees, use the scissors as a distraction, since the deadliest weapons are hands and a quick mind.
Personality while Fighting: Rather quiet, aside from a nature of taunting the opponent, Thirteen does their best to stay focused and has an eye for the prize, and is quite energetic and jittery, finding the fights a form of adrenaline rush.
Best Performance Categories: EDM[best], Rock, Punk
Performance Costume: Classic cloak and witch hat hooked over an all black outfit consisting of a pair of thigh-high combat boots, ripped pants, and a long sleeved shirt. Rips off cloak before battle. Plays off of the unlucky 13 motif.

He's overall an extrovert, but doesn't enjoy talking to people ALL the time, so closer to ambivert. He cares a remarkable amout about what others think of him, but prefers to remain mysterious and cool, if you will. He takes a long time to trust, but once you get inside that small circle, he'll be loyal to the very end. He's very dedicated in anything he does and likes to impress people. Myst loves to be the intriguing character that no one can quite work out. He's quite talkative to trusted friends but to anyone else, he's a cold exterior who doesn't talk much. When he does, it's straight to the point. He's a huge tech nerd and knows how to build a computer, a drone, and several other gadgets. He owns an extreme amout of tools and tech alongside that.

Physical Description: Myst is tall, around 6', and lithe. He's agile, precise, and fast in his movements. He has short black hair and deep green eyes. He has an intimidating stare and others often can't look at him for more than a couple seconds. He wears a black hoodie and black sweatpants, and dark blue sneakers. He has  a snake bracelet that wraps around his right wrist and is made from platinum with the snake having emerald eyes. He has a pet python that can usually be found wrapped around his neck or arm and that he takes with him wherever he can. The python's name is Storm.

Powers: Not really sure what to put here because it doesn't mention ventus' having magic, but he has dragon wings uwu

Likes: Fluff (he never tells ANYONE about that however), EDM, Cinematography, Drones (is that a thing? if not, excuse me) technology, music, and he adores snakes with a childish passion.

He's not the strongest but he plays to his advantages and also likes to taunt the enemy with quick jabs of both words and his katana.

Personality while Fighting: (What is the fighter like during a battle? How do they react to their opponents or conditions in the battle?) He's calculating, and doesn't say much except to jeer, although when he does it's always smooth and well thought out. He doesn't egg on the crowd, and prefers to impress them with his skill rather than wit. His whole style is smooth and fast, and he doesn't waste any energy on risky moves.

This is accompanied with dark blue sweatpants (i know, it's so similar to his normal outfit i'm sorry xD). He doesn't wear his snake in battle however he does wear his snake bracelet. His katana is sheathed at his waist on a blue leather belt.

Mask Design: (All characters are required to wear a mask. It can be anything from a domino mask to a full-face mask.) Black/blue full face mask, with the right side being blue and left being black and a S shaped like a snake engraved in silver on the forehead

Personality: Russet is so desperate to become friends with others to the point of being annoying. He’ll do just about anything to make his friends laugh. His jokes tend to be hit-or-miss either being very funny or not funny at all. He’s quite a runt so he’s easy to pick on and he won’t fight back, though he doesn’t really care if you pick on him. He’s also a huge coward and is very easily startled. He doesn’t like to keep to himself and prefers to talk with others. He’s impulsive and rarely thinks before he speaks, so he often accidentally hurts people’s feelings. Despite his fighting style being very centred around his clumsiness, he isn’t actually all that clumsy in a normal setting. He is an awful dancer though, and he also seems to get a little more clumsy when something is at risk of breaking. He has average intelligence. He doesn’t like being useless so he often offers to help others when they need it.

Physical Description: Russet stands at 168 cm (5’6”). His black hair is often unkempt, almost like he has bed head 24/7, usually because he doesn’t try hard enough to make it look nice, He has a tan complexion and a round face. He has amber eyes and he’s often wearing a worried expression even if the situation isn’t particularly worrying. He wears all sorts of clothing depending on the weather but he is always wearing autumn colours. He isn’t very affected by the cold so even on very cold days he’ll just wear a sweater. He’s actually fairly muscular.

Likes: Comedy, movies, hiking, memes (he especially loves to drive memes right into the ground)

Dislikes: Fragile objects, dancing, intimidating people, horror

Strengths: Good at lifting heavy things, friendly, tries to be helpful

Fighter Name: Hyperion

Weapon: A Zweihänder. It’s actually somewhat damaged (lots of scratches and even somewhat banged up in some places) but Hyperion is rather attached to it, so he refuses to replace it.

Statmix Username: hiperion.fighter

Fighting Style: As a fighter, Hyperion has the potential but lacks the rhythm. He’s carried by his dumb luck and his dangerous unpredictability. When fighting, it’s like he rolls a die to figure out what he will do. It’s almost as if his actions are completely random as he never goes for a good option. It’s not really worth trying to find any patterns in his fighting as there is no telling as to what he might do next. The best thing to do is to keep some distance and attack when there’s an opening, as his swings, although powerful, often end up with him stumbling from the weight. He’s very clumsy and combined with his heavy weapon he can cause a lot of hurt if you’re too close when he’s tripping.

Personality while Fighting: Hyperion tends to be very quiet when fighting, though you can tell what he's thinking through his body language. Although he doesn’t respond when taunted, he visibly gets nervous and taunting is one of the best ways to get an advantage over him. He believes in honorable battle even if his fighting style isn’t particularly honorable. He’s actually quite a good sport, and tends to feel bad about his victories as he sees it as getting rewarded for being a bumbling idiot. He often mutters an apology when he trips near his opponent. When he’s at an obvious disadvantage he often swings around wildly in a last effort panic.

Best Performance Categories: Classical, Hip Hop, EDM. These never make any dramatic difference in performance though.

Performance Costume: Hyperion wears an orange t-shirt with a brown blazer on top. He wears elbow-length gloves with grips. Without these gloves he would often drop his weapon. He still does but not as often. The grip side of the glove is a bright orange while the other side is a simple brown. He has loose brown pants that he sometimes finds getting in the way but nowhere near as much as his ankle-length yellow cape, which he often trips on. He is very attached to this cape and refuses to drop it. He wears bright orange boots.

Mask Design: A russet orange mask that covers his entire face. Along the edges of the mask are small points that resemble the points on a maple leaf. There’s a visor going across the mask that he sees through. Although it’s hard to see from afar, this visor is very scratched up, but not enough to dramatically mess up his vision.
