"I don't mind."
Offline
"...Ok then... sure." Time waited for Echo to come up to him
((wait is she still flying?))

(No)
Echo did so, and waited for Time to move Lyre over to her arms.
Offline
((Oh ok oopy didn't see that part))
"Here you go." Time dumped Lyre into Echo's arms.
Offline
Echo was careful to not wake Lyre up. She smiled down at the sleeping monster.

"So, uh... which way was it again?"
Offline
"Follow."
Echo started in the direction again.
Offline
"Mhm." Time silently trotted after her, shaking out his arms a bit before pocketing them in his coat sleeves.

There was a long moment of great quietness.
It seemed that there would be quite a bit of walking for the two of them.
Offline
Uh oh, walking? A lot of it?
"How far is this opening anyways?" Asked Time.
Offline
Echo thought for a moment.
"Uhhm, ten or fifteen more minutes, I think."
Offline
Time took a deep inhale, but nodded and kept silent now.
Offline
Echo as well kept silent, thinking as they walked. Since the sun was setting and the light was dimming, it was harder to tell that Echo was getting nervous, but she was most certainly getting nervous. Petting Lyre helped calm her a bit, but an anxious thought remained.
After some time, Echo squinted, then said, "I think we're close."
Offline
"Hm. Finally." Time said, squinting into the distance to try to see farther.

Turns out, it was a clearing, not an end to the forest. You really think I was going to make this easy? Heck no.
Echo sighed softly, "Oh."
Offline
Time sighed, "Are we even going in the right direction? Do we need to settle down for the night or something?"
Offline
"I don't know."
Echo looked around, trying to figure out which direction to go, and trying to figure out what to do.
Her siblings were going to be so worried...
Echo grimaced.
Offline
"What are you thinking about?"
Offline
"...We need to find a way out of here."
Offline
"Duh. What else?"
Offline
Echo just shook her head, not wanting to speak now. She walked into the center of the clearing, then she slowly turned in a circle. She looked all around the clearing again.
Offline
Time walked after her.
"Well, let's get navigating." He sighed, "Or at least estimate distance or general direction."
Offline
"How would we start navigating?"
Offline
"Well... let's see. Do you know which way the sun was when we entered?"
Offline
"It was... a bit around the middle of the sky, I think. Just about above us, a bit past noon. I assume it wod be the same for you too since you were around the entrance of the cave."
