"Felt like what?"
Offline
"Smiling."
Offline
"... How do you even take care of a pet?"
Offline
Echo tilted her head to think.
"Well, different pets need different care, but I assume you would care for Lyre like one would with a puppy. Ya know, like, feed, check on health, play, have somewhere for him to sleep, make sure he's happy, stuff like that."

"Well, yeah. Duh I know that at least." Time shruged, "But who knows what he eats..."
Offline
"Hmm... maybe later we could try to give him different foods and see what he likes?" Echo suggested, trying to think.
Offline
"...I guess so."
(Should we have the end of the cave coming up soon? Or do you have anything else?)
Offline
(Yea)
Echo nodded.
Offline
((Yea, Ig they can get started with other things if needed))
There was as soft light starting to appear far off, though it's source couldn't be seen yet.
"Looks like we're coming to the exit. Good thing there is one other than the one that collapsed."
Offline
"Yea, it would suck if we were trapped."
Offline
"I'm sure we could've found an alternate way out, somehow."
It was revealed that yeah, it was a definite opening, albiet a bit small.
Offline
Echo let Time go ahead of her, following behind, thinking.
"Probably."
Offline
Time edged through the crack of the opening, making sure trying to not distrub Lyre.
He squints a bit with the changing of light, but it was revealed they were in a deep, lush forest. It seems it was a bit darker than before they originally entered the cave, naturally.
Offline
Echo slipped quickly out, covering her eyes quickly with her hand, making a pained face from the light change.
Offline
To be honest, it was a bit edging towards sunset.
"Well, looks like we came out in the middle of nowhere." he sighed.
Offline
To be fair, Echo never goes outside and most of her life was spent in a dimension that doesn't have a sun. Her eyes were made for more pitch blackened areas.
Echo rubbed her eyes, "Hmm."
Offline
"Any familiar with the area around here?" Time asked
Offline
"Not... really," Echo frowned. "Hey, give me a moment and I'll see if I can find a pathway."
Echo shot up high in the air, her wings surprisingly silent. She looked around for a bit, then glided back to the ground, landing without a sound.
She pointed a direction, then said, "It looks like the trees start to, uhmm, disappear or something out that way, but it could just be a forest clearing."
Offline
Time shrugged, scratching Lyre's chin for moment.
"Well, I guess lets' check."
Offline
Lyre made a happy sound in his sleep.
Echo nodded then led the way towards the direction she pointed.
Offline
Time followed after, though he wasn't exactly going in a full-on sprint, or moving that fast at all, to be honest.

Echo kept at a slow pace so Time could keep up. She assumed he was going slow due to Lyre sleeping.
Offline
Time looked a bit tired of having to carry Lyre everywhere now, maybe his arms were tired? Who knows, but just to note, that is no signal to wake Lyre up lol.
Offline
Echo noticed, then asked quietly, "Do you want me to carry him?"
Offline
"Do you want to?"
