Time just sighed some more, and probably did something that Echo was not expecting.
His left hand, the one with no gauntlet, started to give off a soft, gentle, warm golden glow as he hovered it over echo's bandaged hand. Not too long after, what seemed what had been harming Echo, that venom, acid, poison, whatever it was, was exiting that area of her body in small droplets of liquid. Time was quick to send it across the tunnel before returning his hand to the wound and lifting more droplets out.

Echo slowly opened her eyes, sensing the sudden light, warmth, and relief of pain in her hand. She wasn't able to react, but the golden light was seeming to calm her down enough to the point of not crying.
"Wha-" Echo was unable to fully speak. She was getting a bit confused but also was really relieved that she wasn't dying, so I mean. That's better than her freaking out and trying to attack Time.
Echo watched, trying to process what Time was doing. She was clearly confused and a bit suspicious.
"Wh-why?"
Offline
"Ah, you can finally actually talk." Time said. Not looking up to her and focusing on her hand, "It was... in a way, an experiment, and a lesson."
Offline
Echo didn't say anything for a moment.
"E-experiment? Lesson?"
Offline
"Yeah." Time said, moving his hand to suck out doplets from her foot, "When I saw my coat burning, I figured that it would be on all your injuries as well. While fighting I just don't focus on myself, I can see when other people around me gets hurt, you know."
Offline
Echo grimaced.
"...What...what lesson a-are you trying to teach?"
Offline
"Wait wait wait. Ok?" Time said, "The reason why I didn't help you at first, was to see how long it took you to speak up."
"As you are aware. You didn't even speak up, even when it was blatantly obvious."

Echo looked away, starting to nervously scratch at her neck, "...Yea..."
Her injured hand swelling had gone down, the colouring almost back to normal. It was still badly burnt though, and looked like it would probably leave some noticeable scarring.
Her fever had gone down to a more normal temperature, thankfully, so Echo was able to think clearer, although she still looked a bit sick.
Her foot, although not very visible due to her boot, had gone down in swelling and was starting to turn to a more normal colouring. As well, it would probably have some noticeable scarring.

Time was taking the acid(?) out of Echo's leg and hand, and maybe moving to Echo's wing and other areas.
"So. Do you see what I am getting at?"
Offline
It's kinda like acid poison lol.
Yeah her wing was injured too.
"Not... not really..."
Echo felt pretty stupid, and she was guessing she probably sounded really stupid right then.
Offline
Time sighs, "Isn't it obvious? Whatever."
"I am not a nice person, I am not a good person, and I get why you might not really trust or like me" Time said, "However, I can tell something from how long to took to even say a word about your obvious injuries. I think. Would you like to hear?"
Offline
"Go on..."
Offline
"Well, the most obvoius thing is you hide important stuff from others. I feel it can apply to your actual family and your friends too. You hide things from them." He explained, still not making eye contact. and focusing on her injuries, "Is that true?"
"Or maybe I'm just that scary that you'd really think I'd kill you. Huh."
Offline
Well shoot-
"I-I, I um, well, I-" Echo stammered, guilt and slight shock starting to raise. "I, uhm, I, I, well, I..."
Echo trailed off. The first part was very true, but Time didn't quite get the full thing. But he was pretty close.
Offline
Time sighed, "Is it true or not?"
Offline
Echo went quiet for a moment before nodding very slowly.
She spoke softly, "Yea... the first one... kinda..."

"Y-you're not that, uhm, that scary," Echo tried to clarify. "The, like, the first thing you... the first thing you said about...me."

"Oh wowee surprise surprise." Time said, "I have a random question for you."
Offline
"Uhm... ask it then?"
Echo's fever was starting to completely disappear at this point.

"Hm..." He thought for a moment, "Actually, I don't think so."

Echo was now somewhat curious.
"...Why not ask?"
Offline
"Eh. I don't know."
Offline
"...Okay."

"...Do you have friends?"
