The thing that mostly went me go like "I should've known this! *fingersnap*" was that burnt sugar looks black because high temperatures evaporate the H2O in the molecule and leaves the black C behind.
Like, that makes SO MUCH SENSE.

Aaaaaanyways it's high time I made lunch I guess.
Gotta see what ingredients are available lol. I know we have rice >:3 and I'm a rice addict lol.

Now here's to hoping I won't get distracted while in the kitchen bc rn I can't think of anything other than the naming of carbon compounds.
