Yesterday we watched The Call of the Wild and I really loved it.

I really liked how the story was reflected int he movie. It's mostly sticking to the actual book and that's wonderful. The second half was different, but it still led to the same conclusion and I like how they developed the human character.
The fact that Buck was animated made me think the movie would be off at the beginning, but I noticed that it actually makes the whole thing better because of certain situations. And anyways the animation is very natural!

The texture is quite realistic, but certain movements and expressions aren't natural. So it's noticeably animated in some parts if you take a closer look.
The animators did a VERY good job tho. Amazing.
