"Hm. That might actually be a reasonable theory. I'll look into that at some point." Time nods.
Lyre rocked back and forth in his sitting position and yapped somewhat loudly.

North looked over and smiled a bit softer.
"Best boy! Best boy!" Echo chanted, clapping her hands together quietly, completely forgetting the existence of Time and North. She said something else right after, but it was in the language in which Time didn't know.
Offline
"Ey." Time said to North, "What did she just say?"
Offline
"Uh, let's see..." North made a vague gesture. "English, English... so basically she said something like, 'Tiny one, the one with tiny barks, the one with tiny paws, very cute'. Kinda something like that."
Offline
"What is she speaking? I'm assuming it's the stuff from wherever you guys came from."
Offline
"Yeah," North nodded. "It's called Glitchian in English, if I remember correctly."
Echo said something and North nodded, apparently correct.
Offline
"So... are you guys Glitchian?" Time rose a brow.
Offline
"I suppose we are," North said with a smile and a light hearted shrug.
Echo spoke up with, "Originally the term was suppose to be offensive, to poke fun at the way our language sounds, but eventually we decided that we liked the term and started officially using it for the English translation, so lost its original meaning... uhm, That's what I remember learning... in...school...anyway..."
North's smile grew a bit.

Time rose a brow, "And who originally used the term?"
Offline
"Uhm... uh..." Echo thought for a bit. "It was, uh, it was a different dimension we were in tension with, I don't remember what it's... it's called... it's been so long..."
North said something, but Echo shook her head and replied, "No, no... That doesn't sound correct... I dunno..."
She was starting to look upset because she couldn't remember, so North quickly said, "Ah, don't stress about it too much!"
Offline
"It's been so long? What are you? Ancient?" Time asked. For now he didn't decide to focus on Echo's frustration and just decided on more random topic.
Offline
"Huh? No," Echo said. "I'm only, like... uhm..." She did some math in her head, trying to convert her age into human years. "...Like, I'm only... Uhhhhh... seventeen in common age! And that's pretty young! It wasn't too long ago that we were in school!"
"Technically we're suppose to be in school for another few thousand," North thought aloud. "I dunno how accurate your statement is, but we're both terrible at math so..." North shrugged. He looked at Time then asked, "How old are you?"
Offline
((I realized this thing has 59,000 views. Wow. Who's looking?))
"Wow. How short are your guys' years?" Time asked, ignoring the question, "What, every half a day?"

(b r u h, I feel embarrassed now sjdjskfkd people be reading through my cringe POVs lmao RIP them)
Both of the twins shrugged and stated, "We're bad at math."
North then smiled, a hint of teasing in his voice, "Aww, you can't just skip my question though... Or I guess you could! You kinda already did!"
Offline
"I'm older than her." Time points to Echo. "Or both of you guys. You're twins, right?"

"Yep!" North nodded. "Isn't that neat? I'm the older twin!" He's a lot taller as well, around 5'9 while Echo was 5'3. Now that one could think of it, Echo was the shortest in the family. Everyone else seemed to almost be 6'.
Oof.
Echo is trying really hard not to use slightly outdated slang she heard other people use to call Time a Boomer.
Offline
"Yeah. OK. So I'm at least older than both of you."

From beside Time, Adrik spoke up, "Ha ha! You're old!" When did he appear?!
Offline
"No, I'm not." Time said, whirling for face Adrik, "I haven't even revealed my age." his reaction seemed very calm, but he was in truth slightly surprised at his sudden appearance.
Offline
"Old! Old! Old! You're old!" Adrik sang. "Super duper old! You're a grandpa! Hahahha!"
Echo coughed to cover up her laugh.
Offline
"I bet You're probably older than me. Your people are always old." He fires back at Adrik.
Offline
"Gah! My heart!" Adrik said, dramatically falling to the ground. From the ground he smirked, "Yeah! I'm super old too! Which gives me the right to say that you're old! Hehehe! I've been alive for thousands of 'human' years!"
Offline
"Uh, no. Proportionally, to your age, I'm not even a bud on a flower."
Ok Time weird analogy.
Offline
"Okay, but in Vampire years, I'm still a baby! Which ALSO gives me the right to say you're old!" Adrik grinned.
Offline
"Well in your years I'm even younger than you still. So therefore you have no right calling me old."
