"No." Time responded.
Offline
Silence crossed her arms. She didn't say anything else, too annoyed by Time's presence.
Echo moved a bit, rubbing her face. She opened her eyes and stared at Silence, squinting. She didn't sit up any, she just laid there quietly, seeming to try to figure something out.
Offline
"You're too grumpy," Time added on
Offline
"Hmph" was the only noise Silence made in reply.
Echo now quietly stared at Time, still thinking.
Offline
"What's with the staring?" Time asked Echo, deciding to stare back into her eyes.

Her eyes are the same as they usually are. Her irises are still a grey-blue colouring, and her sclera are mix matched, one black and one white. Any further detail about her eyes would be that she has thick eyelashes and deep bags under her eyes, as well as that she has a beauty mark on the side Octave's eye is. It's probably pretty strange to see both sides of her face at once, especially without the scars. She looks prettier without the scars, to be honest. She looks anxious as well.
"I'm not sure. Everything looks weird," Echo said. "Also, uhm, I thought we were downstairs? Why are we in my room? What happened? Was I asleep?"
Silence shifted on her feet, thinking for an answer that wouldn't cause Echo to freak out or start crying.
"You... got hurt," Silence said. "Right, Time?"
She shot Time a look that definitely read as, "Don't tell her the truth yet, she literally just woke up and I am NOT dealing with her emotions atm" .
I mean, Echo technically did get hurt, so what Silence is saying technically isn't a lie.

"Yep." Time gave a thumbs up.
He then gave a little low whistle, and after a bit Lyre came trotting in.
Offline
"Oh, okay," Echo yawned. She brightened up a bit when she saw Lyre, and she carefully (so she wouldn't pull out any of her feathers) sat up.
"Hi Lyre!" Echo slightly smiled.
Offline
Lyre yapped up at Echo and panted up at her.
Offline
Echo made kissy noises and reached out her hands at him.
"Come 'ere, boy! Come 'ere!" Echo called for him.
Silence looked at Lyre with a mix of disgust and some other emotions. She moved away from Echo's bed just in case Lyre actually did come over.
Offline
Surprise surprise, he did come over, attempting to hop up on the bed but not being the most successful.
Offline
Echo reached over and picked him up, setting him on the bed and petting him, baby-talking.
Offline
Lyre lapped at her face.
Offline
Echo laughed but then paused, realizing something. She brought her hand up and slowly touched her face. You know, the side that wasn't covered anymore. She stayed like that for a moment, feeling her skin (she noticed the difference) with a horrified look on her face. She slowly looked over to Silence, who gave a blank look back. Echo was shaking, tears starting to form in her eyes.
"You know. And he told you, didn't he," Echo whispered, staring at Silence with wide eyes. Before Silence could say anything, Echo looked over at Time.
"You told her."
No one has said anything and Echo was already making assumptions, and she looked at Time like he had betrayed her.
Offline
"Couldn't hide it forever." Time gave a thumbs up, "Something pretty easy to reveal, actually."
Offline
Echo went quiet, slowly putting her hand down.
Silence stayed, well, silent.
Offline
Time stayed silent as well, expecting a reaction at some point.
Offline
Echo quickly brought her hand back up and moved her hair over her eye. She felt embarrassed and upset but she didn't want to cry in front of both of them. She quickly patted Lyre and turned her head away, kind of hiding her face. She was trying really hard to not cry and embarrass herself even further, and maybe it was from a sense of guilt as well.
Hm.
Offline
"The eye looks better without scars. By the way." Time points out.
Offline
Echo continued petting Lyre, not responding.
Silence silently left the room, uncomfortable from seeing Echo upset.
Offline
"Annd what's the problem now. Hm?" Time asked.
Offline
"Why did you tell her?" Echo asked quietly. "Or did she move my hair by herself? Did she find the scars by herself? What did you tell her?"
It's clear in her voice that she's choking back tears, and she's refusing to look at Time.
Offline
"I told her because it, you know, made sense to do so."
Offline
"I didn't want you to tell her anything."
Offline
"But think, why not?"
