Gah I just realized that even though it's been over a year (and like almost two if we count planning) and I still haven't named my comic thing.
Ughhhhh but it's so hard or me to actually draw it! I like to finish it as soon as I get the sketch done and,,, and I don't have a lot of time to be allowed to do that hehe.
In fact, I draw the characters more than I do the comic itself.

Her true beauty obviously can't be appreciated in my simplified style comic, but when I sketch her in my actual style (or just a bit larger) she does look nice.

Okay but the king's clothing design is a bit plain. The only outstanding thing is like his cape thing and those shoulder things. His dress shirt (idk I think it's a dress shirt) is VERY plain if you consider his position. I dunno how else I can make it more, idk, flashy maybe? I could add a handkerchief in there maybe.
On the other hand, I don't want to make it THAT flashy.

Also I forgot what side he combs his hair to. I do it to the right (left on paper) by default if I forget but it's looking weird.

Wish my character design ideas matched with what I'm doing.
Rn I'm supposed to be playing Minecraft (and I am) and I have ideas to draw. But when I'm going all serious into designing characters, my mind be blank.

We did go for art supplies! Mostly pencils. I now have a 2H and a HB and 4B and 6B pencils. I'm in love with the 2H and HB ngl. Awesome.
I also got a sketchbook of a size I can use!

It looks like I use about one sketchbook per year. I mostly draw on loose leaf printer paper so it's fair.

I found my sketchbook from 2018 and I hate how I drew noses and face shapes but I like
the eyes
the versatility I showed in posing (where is that now I wonder)
the facial expressions
front view faces!!!!
and character design lol

Testing out the pencils and blender here. It's a quick sketch thing (the face is very weird please don't mind it).

It's fun to use pencils of different grades/opacities(?) hehe.
Anyways just an sketch of an OC.

As you can see, I put less effort into sketches than actual drawings. If it were a true piece I would have tried to fix shoulder proportion.
Anyways yeah. It was done with the 2H and 2B pencils. And the blender. On my new sketchbook.

It's slightly cursed that yesterday at 4:20 A.M. I was chock-full of inspiration of stuff to draw but I held myself back because sleep and now today I can't draw

Anyone mentioning art stuff or something related while I'm doing class/am busy/can't draw atm and my hands twitch for a pencil.
Idk it's a bit uncomfortable but I feel really restless unless I doodle at least SOMETHING.

Also I finally figured out which camera I can use to post stuff but I'm just too lazy to post/update pictures and wikia pages so that will be done slowly
I'm also cringing at some of the things I mentioned to some people I was going to post so you may not get to see those at all. Apologies.

I dreamed about a cover art thing and I am now inspired to do one for my comic thingy.
~~I also dreamed that I was walking on an Earth-sized pudding but that's not important atm xD~~

Knowing me, I'll probably never get around to actually doing it. Besides, I don't have the correct material to assemble the video even if I did it. I use Windows Movie Maker for speedpaints and that stuff :')
Though imo I'm pretty good at using it. Not a pro, but I know a bit more than the normal.

I also said this somewhere in this thread iirc but I want to draw my IC Royals!!! Their clothing is very xD showoffy and gaudy. Fancy. That means I get to draw dresses :D

My hand's nice and warm, and I feel a craving to draw nice lines! Let's see if I can make the hair look nice though xD Sometimes feelings and motivation aren't enough to complete nice-looking pieces or art.

The lineart scared me. Like, y'know, when you make the sketch layers invisible?
It's not that it's bad xD it's just the pose looking weird without all the additional sketch lines.
I trust the final product will look better though!

Hmm. The lineart (at least on this side) is a lot messier than I normally do, and I kinda don't like it but ah well.
