Well, Disgraced is here now. Let's see how good or bad of a decision that turns out to be (in the sense that it is two stories that I now have a reason to not just randomly abandon and then come back to later).
I intend to write on Nevermoor soon, I'm just kind of ignoring it at the same time I guess.

Also, I can now start officially filling out college applications. That'll be fun.

I'm also slowly getting through my to-do list. Currently reading the textbook, more or less one chapter at a time.

Chapter 3 is in the works for Nevermoor.
Currently, it consists of stairs.

I got a DCI fix today and I'm happy; FloMarching played 10 DCI shows after their other thing that they had going on. It was nice- I really liked 2012 Phantom, but all the shows I got to see were good (missed the first two, but I'll be able to catch them later). It was nice to see something at least, especially since there wasn't any season going on this year.

Also, here's a late reply.

The stairs are simply acting as a mode of traversal from the bottom of the tall building (name to be revealed) to the top level. 

It's very shocking, I know.
There is more to the stairs of course, but it isn't their function.

I got this piece called Sensemaya in my head, forgot its name so looked it up, listened to it, then thought about another piece as a result of looking up the title of the prior one (both have been used in more recent DCI shows) and somehow I ended up at Asphalt Cocktail (which I have heard before).

Here's all three if anyone's interested. I didn't really like the three/four actual recordings of Blow it Up, Start Again so its the Carolina Crown performance.

I have now begun to transcribe documents- gotta get those volunteer hours after all.

Also, I love how one of my 1 AM posts about music is what pushed me over to three pages. It's trying to say something I suppose.

The current intent is to finish the Nevermoor chapter this week (I'm about halfway through, though I might change some stuff), but we'll see if I actually accomplish that or not.

Plagues and plaques are very different things.
I realized that I typed plague instead of plaque, and I'm honestly glad I caught that mistake, though it was kind of amusing.

I don't know how I found this the other day, but I did and its pretty enjoyable.



 

Working on something for a character idea I've had. This is about the extent of said character so far- a mask.
A song (and the character the song is for) is fully to blame for said idea, but its fine. This is also more a sketch/outline for it, and one that still needs some change, but it's roughly there. The main mask part is pretty much fine, its just the extensions that I need to fiddle around with some more.


I've also left myself like a day and a bit to write an essay, and I regret my procrastination on that regard.

It's more or less her face, but its just currently the only part of the character that actually has a design/exists- there is more to her than just a mask.
 
I'm about to start it. 1300 word section, here I come.
