"You could always take English, that's a useful foreign language", Chris joked. He held his plate of beef and mashed potatoes in one hand as he attempted to fit as many cupcakes as possible onto a second plate. 

Mackenzie snorted. "You need help with those plates?"

"If you know how to make them bigger, that would be helpful". Chris held an overloaded plate in each hand as he followed the others

"I... do not." Mackenzie glanced over at Breach. "I've heard of Akamatsu before. I've never been there before either, though."

"Nice." Mackenzie stopped, her dark brown eyes suddenly being filled with a childlike twinkle. Sushi! "Is- is that- is that sushi?"

Mackenzie piled about five pieces of sushi onto her plate. With the corners of her eyes crinkled from her grin, it seemed like she didn't have a care in the world, just for the moment.

Well, Breach actually decides to get a plate and get some food. But nothing too much, really. Maybe just some kyikar (did I spell that wrong?)

"That's a kyikar," Riven explained. "It's like... clam chowder and rice mixed together in a bread bowl. It's pretty good."

"A good kyikar is the greatest thing in existence", added Chris, who was still following the others. "I know a restaurant that makes the best kyikar in Neuhaven"

"Jerry's Cafe. I go there all the time after school"

"Well, it's in the demon part of town, of course. Right off Schwefel Street. You can't miss it"

"Cafés are always nice places to study. I could use a change of scenery from Starbucks anyways."

"Yeah." Mackenzie paused. "Things."
