"Hmph, well, you are."

Silence busied her hands by fixing Echo's hair again. She muttered under her breath about a haircut and deadends.

"To you, I am." Time said, "And what about a haircut?"

"Gods, you're so nosy! She has a bunch of split ends and dead hair, she needs a haircut. It was starting to look uneven anyway. Hmph."

Silence then took some of her own hair in between her fingertips, squinting at it for a little bit.

"I need it trimmed and re-dyed again, and I need my bangs fixed. Last time they (beep)ed my bangs up. There was a new person working."

Silence stared at him for a moment.

"Obviously??? Have you seen my siblings' hair??? Echo's hair? Obviously black hair is not genetic in our family. Gods, you're stupid."

Silence rolled her eyes. "Whatever. You could use a haircut too. Maybe you wouldn't be as ugly."

Silence rolled her eyes then looked back down at Echo. Silence is probably not going to move from this spot near her sister for a while, it seems. Silence fixed Echo's blanket then asked Time, "Why are you still here? You don't have to stay." She tried to sound rude but ended up sounding more curious if anything.
