Hello!!!! I felt a need to make a chat thread for us all for some strange reason, even if we don't use it much.
I'm so glad to be in a forum again with y'all omg.

So, how's life? We can talk about anything here :D

I'm still being homeschooled as y'all know.
How's school for you guys??? I think the northern hemisphere should be in vacations, right?

i'm still on summer break, we're starting back in august/september (i think). it'll be weird because i don't even know if i'll be going back to school because of corona

i'm technically still homeschooled, but i take classes outside of you know, my home. so i'll do homework at home but all the instructional stuff isn't at home.

it's a weird setup, but it works. it actually helped me become less of an introvert with only online friends, i had a pretty tight friend group irl before, you know, we all had to stay inside

i'm still quarantined, we aren't going anywhere xC

i'm starting at a new private school in the fall, but these forums have been a big throwback tot he homeschool days for me so that's really cool

i just moved last week, and so did my two closest friends lol

Oh nice! i switched homeschooling programs, so now I have pre-recorded video lessons and my teachers are great though it's a bit of a school setup, so there's homework and stuff.
I'm also finally in hih school UwU so that is. Amazing.

And ikr this place doesn't cease to give me CC vibes aaaaa

I like to think I'm an extrovert Ig? Not sure tho since I have like two friends irl and xD online y'all are my friends so...

While the quarantine here was abolished, for lack of a better word, our family is still staying inside for safety reasons.
Better safe than sorry.

yeah, our stupid governor here got rid of the quarantine too, cases are now rising and they're talking about "lets send the kids back to school!!" we've been avoiding going out for any non-essential reasons. that means no outings, and specifically no fast food.

i haven't seen a chick fil a in 4 1/2 months

Ugh exactly I know that feeling, I relate.
Here all the kids are happy because school has either been cancelled or everything is going to be online XD I'm still following my French classes but in an online format which is pretty cool because the kids in my class were,,,, not very nice lol.

Also @Kaori @Sparrow may I recommend Xenon's forumfic signup if you haven't checked the thread out yet

hello yes hi im dumb and didn't see this
life is good! i've been texting kaori/sparrow all the time and i'm picking up how to code. school's on break and we're staying virtual for the beginning of next year, no promise as to how long it'll last
i'm still practicing japanese too + getting more interested in working out, so that's fun

I enjoy virtual school a lot haha no matter how extroverted I am, I can't seem to get used to school-like settings xD

Japanese is p cool ;0 I'm in Intermediate-level French and my dad says that once I get my official diploma, I'll learn Chinese so!!!! Yeah!

what a vibe 😭😭 i was fine at home bcs i got to take time for myself and i got to call kaori on the phone a few times, so that was a blast
i've been baking constantly too. lots of brownies. yum
