(NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

It's about 7:30 PM- not too long before all students out will have to head back to school. That's just enough time to investigate.

Mackenzie crushed leaves underfoot as she prowled the rows of tombstones. Oh hey, an Ang- no, that was Angela Müller. She clenched her jaw. Why was finding this woman's grave so hard?

Re: (NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

Ivy was lurking about, watching Mackenzie curiously. She still had about an hour and a half before curfew. No harm in wandering around, right? "Hey," she called over to the other girl. "You're new, aren't you?"

Mackenzie craned her head over her shoulder. "... yeah," she called back.

Riven had been walking past the graveyard when he saw Mackenzie and Ivy. Curious about what they were up to --but not particularly keen about talking to them -- he managed to turn into a cat and hid behind a tombstone, ears perked.

"What're you up to?" Ivy walked over, her eyes passing over the tombstones.

Mackenzie opened her mouth to reply with "nothing", but immediately closed it- it'd make her seem suspicious. "I'm just looking for something," she admitted. She didn't notice Riven.

She tilted her head to one side. "Looking for... what?"

"What's something?" Breach said, seemingly coming from nowhere. Where did he come from? Why wasn't he noticed earlier? Weird.

"Y-Yeah, what is that something?" Riven asked curiously, after turning back into a person and stepping out from his hiding spot.

Mackenzie glanced between the trio, narrowing her eyes slightly at Breach but not commenting on his sudden appearance. "... it should be obvious."

Tessa, who was previously hiding behind a gravestone as a red panda, poofed back into a human and surveyed the group. "I don't think anything's quite obvious right now," she said. It's Mackenzie, from earlier, she realized, but said nothing else.

Mackenzie breathed a sigh. She clasped her hands behind her back. "Think about it. Where are we?" This was phrased as more of a monotone statement than a question.

Re: (NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

Tessa considered everything for a moment. "Well you're looking for a gravestone, fine. But my question is who's?"

"Just someone my grandpa knew." Mackenzie rolled her shoulders.

"But why?" Breach asked.

Re: (NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

Breach didn't respond, for a moment, at least.

"It isn't. You don't even know who I am, so it really isn't my business."

"Oh my God, one of you has a brain." The redhead clapped slowly. "Round of applause for Einstein right here, everyone. Encore, encore!"

Re: (NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

Breach frowned at that, "That was sarcasm. Wasn't it?"

Re: (NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

Mackenzie rolled her eyes. "Of course not, because I'm sure you have the IQ of Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory."

"...now that, I think, was sarcasm," Riven spoke up. He tilted his head. "M-Maybe I -- or, we -- could help you f-find it?"

Re: (NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

The redhead contemplated this as she tucked her hands into the back pockets of her jeans. "... only if you swear you're not going to interfere with anything I do."

Re: (NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

"Sure," Tessa shrugged, although she kept one hand in her jacket pocket holding on to her pack of sticky notes, just in case. Something's off about all of this.

Re: (NSGP) In the evening, there's a rustling in a nearby graveyard.

"Of c-course," Riven nodded. She's hiding something, and I want to know what it is. But what could it be...?
